Treviso Bay homes were originally to be custom homes set in a natural preserve with a TPC golf course. The original high-end custom builders did not finish construction, so later, the community was purchased and finished by Lennar Homes, Stock Construction, and Taylor Morrison.

Treviso Bay is the only Naples, Florida, Luxury Golf Homes community with an included membership TPC bundled golf course with a deeded membership that conveys with some homes. When Lennar took over and offered it, Treviso Bay Homes was set in the only Bundled TPC golf resort community anywhere.

The golf course at Treviso Bay is a TPC (Tournament Players Club) course designed by renowned golf course architect Arthur Hills. It is an 18-hole, par-72 course that provides a challenging yet enjoyable experience for golfers.

These include a driving range, putting greens, and a golf pro shop where golfers can find equipment and accessories. The community also features a 40,000 sq ft clubhouse with dining options, a fitness center, swimming pools, tennis courts, and spa services.
